The 2009 Comparative Analysis of Enterprise (Micro) Data (CAED) Conference was held from Friday, October 2 to Sunday, October 4, 2009, in Tokyo. This is the 9th CAED Conference and the first one in Asia. Organizing institutions are the Global COE Program “Research Unit for Statistical and Empirical Analysis in Social Sciences (Hi-Stat),” Hitotsubashi University, and the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI).
The aim of the CAED 2009 is to promote scientific research using enterprise micro data. The conference is an opportunity for statisticians, economists, and econometricians as well as policymakers to get acquainted with the latest research results and their policy implications in this field.
